Our tuition fees are very competitive. Please remember tuition fees cover the costs of hall hire, a professionally recognised teacher with years of experience plus more.
We will expect payment to be made by the first day of term at the latest or if your fees total more than £100 you may split the total amount into two installments with the second installment to be made by the first day of the second half of term.
If you have difficulty in making a payment please talk to us. We can and we will try to help you. It is very difficult and time consuming to chase non payment and avoids embarassment.
Multiple classes do include a discount system you will receive an email with the amount due.
Private lessons will also be invoiced separately via email.
A £5 surcharge will be added to your fees if payment is deemed excessively late without having a prior agreement with the principal.
Fees paid using the bank transfer system must include the students name as a reference. We cannot track payments otherwise.
Please make sure payments are made into the correct account and that they are paid in full including odd pence, we have had to many parents rounding down their fees. This can quickly add up to a substantial amount.
Discounts are given on based on the amount of lessons taken by each individual student.
They are as follows:
1 lesson = No discount
2 lessons= 5% off the total fee
3 lessons= 7.5% off the total fee
4 lessons= 10% off the total fee
Please note that the discount system is there at the discretion of the principal and can be withdrawn if payment is not made on time.
