| Dance Academy Rules |
- All pupils must enrol before commencing their first term.
- Children should arrive with ample time to get changed before the class starts.
- All pupils should wear the correct uniform and hair neatly tied back.
- Fees should be paid promptly within the first three weeks of term. Fees are non-refundable.
Fees totalling £100.00+ can be paid in two instalments with prior consent from the principal.
- If a student wishes to leave the school a half terms notice is required.
- The wearing of jewellery or make-up is not permitted
unless authorised by the principal.
- No nut products or chewing gum is to be brought onto or consumed on the premises.
- The use of photography or any other type of recording equipment is strictly prohibited on the premises. Unless authorised by senior staff members.
- It is your responsibility to make sure your child is never left unattended before or after her stated lesson time.
- Missed lessons can be made up throughout the week only by prior agreement of the teacher.
- Due to dancing being of a physical nature the management does not accept liability for any physical injury, damage to persons or damage of property causing any said incident.
- In the case of an emergency the school will contact emergency services first, then, the parent/guardian of the student(s) concerned by the telephone numbers on the students file.
- The school must be informed immediately, in writing, of any change of circumstances i.e. address / telephone numbers or medical information etc.
- The school reserves the right to discontinue lessons where attendance is unsatisfactory.
- Mobile phones are not permitted in class and should be switched off before the students class commences.
- Under no circumstances are males permitted to enter changing areas.
- The company accepts no responsibility for loss of personal items/equipment of any persons that use the facilities. It is the students/parents/guardians responsibility to make sure that personal belongings are collected before leaving.
- Behavior of students and parents towards teachers/company employees and other members of the school is expected to be high . Any student /parent falling below these standards will be asked to leave the school with immediate effect.
